After the home, the most basic foundation of landscape is definitely the tree which serves as a vegetation. There are definitely a lot of trees which can be used in landscaping, for instance, the fruit bearing trees which are used because of their crops. Many cherries, apples, pears, apricots, citrus, peaches, pawpaw and plums are prime examples. There are certainly a lot of nut bearing trees which you can add to your landscape, however, you should not plant a black walnut since it is the type of plant which produces toxins and may cause other plants in your landscape to die. However, if you would want an alternative for the black walnut, then you can use the butternut tree since it is also advisable to use for landscaping. The butternut tree is definitely the perfect alternative for the black walnut since its structure looks exactly the same, however, its root system does not produce toxins. The nuts are also delicious. Disease resistant butternuts can now be bought. Hazelnut blooms when nothing else blooms and sports beautiful foliage in the fall.
